Enhanced vibration suppression function

  • Notch filter
    Suppresses high-frequency vibrations of 500 Hz or higher.
    ⇒Number of filters increased from 2 to 5.
     
  • Anti-resonance control adjustment
    Suppresses vibrations at frequencies ranging from several hundred Hz to 1 kHz.
    ⇒Vibrations can now be suppressed at two different frequencies (in comparison with one frequency in earlier models).

    Suppresses vibrations at low frequencies (30 Hz and lower).

Integrated Servo Motors

A series of compact, versatile integrated servo motors with many unique features. A module expansion module system, makes them easily adaptable to almost any application including RS232, RS485, USB, CANopen, DeviceNet, Profibus,Industrial Ethernet like Profinet and MODBUS tcp/ip. Ironless Linear Motors

A Tracks Pte. Ltd. manufactures ironless U channel linear motors for applications requiring high acceleration. Its products include compact and high force, short coil length, built in hall sensors, and zero cogging features.

Linear Motor Systems

LinMot motors are electromagnetic direct drives in tubular form. The linear motion is produced purely electrically and wear-free, without any intermediate coupling of mechanical gearboxes, spindles, or belts. The linear motor consists of just two parts: the slider and the stator. The slider is made of neodymium magnets that are mounted in a high-precision stainless steel tube. The stator contains the motor windings, bearings for the slider, position capture sensors, and a microprocessor circuit for monitoring the motor.

Linear Motor Systems

LinMot linear guides are compact guide units for linear motors.

The guides are used to guide the load, to support external forces, torques, and bending moments, and simultaneously as anti-rotation devices. They provide high-precision guidance and allow the load to be dynamically and precisely positioned.

The load is mounted directly on the front plate of the linear guide. The mechanical dimensions and installation options are compatible with pneumatic H-guides. The modular design of the guides allows easy installation of accessories, such as a mechanical brake or a MagSpring magnetic spring for balancing the load in vertical applications.
