Actuator Line

Rollon product line dedicated to linear actuators and linear motion systems. Rollon linear units, feature extruded aluminum profile, are available in different types of belt and ball screw driven models and configurations. The functions, high operational performance, load capacity and precision of the Actuator Line linear units allow Rollon actuators to be used in a wide range of applications in the automation industry, specifically industrial machines: pick and place packaging, production lines and assembling operations.

Beam Couplings

Huco Multi Beam couplings are zero backlash single-piece couplings and are available in single stage (3-beam) or two stage (6-beam). Multi beam couplings also have material options available for moisture and corrosion resistance. Huco's Single Beam couplings provide zero backlash and are single-piece couplings that are more flexible than Multi-Beam but less torsionally rigid. Step Beam couplings unique plastic coupling design provides an excellent combination of radial flexibility with torsional stiffnes.

Bellows Protective Covers

Dynatect designs and manufactures bellows in any size or shape for all industries and applications. Dynatect’s line of custom-engineered bellows provides a wide choice of manufacturing methods (e.g. stitched, dip-molded, formed, vulcanized, sealed, etc.).

Bellows Functions and Application Examples:

  • Protect valuable components from abrasives and liquids (Machine way cover and ball screw protection)
  • Covering pinch points (medical lift or scissors lift table)
  • Concealment of mechanical part for aesthetic purposes (medical equipment, shift or joystick boot)
  • Air flow or ducting (traction motor boots, engine exhaust/cooling)

Carry ball screws

Due to their premium quality and precision, the rolled Carry ball screws are often an ideal substitute for expensive, machine-ground screws.
 In general, they are suitable for all linear applications where heavy loads need to be transferred with optimum efficiency.

Carry type E high-helix ball screws

The cold-rolled, wear-resistant Carry Type E ball screws are marked by an extremely high helix. They provide for high moving speeds and deliver an efficiency which is nothing short of impressive. Remark : Standard nut types
