Enhanced vibration suppression function

  • Notch filter
    Suppresses high-frequency vibrations of 500 Hz or higher.
    ⇒Number of filters increased from 2 to 5.
     
  • Anti-resonance control adjustment
    Suppresses vibrations at frequencies ranging from several hundred Hz to 1 kHz.
    ⇒Vibrations can now be suppressed at two different frequencies (in comparison with one frequency in earlier models).
     
  • Vibration suppression
    Suppresses vibrations at low frequencies (30 Hz and lower).
    ⇒Vibrations can now be suppressed at two different frequencies (in comparison with one frequency in earlier models).

DD Motors & Drives

Direct drive technology eliminates backlash, reduces the number of mechanical components, and provides a stiff mechanical system for highly dynamic applications.

Linear Motors

The new iron core linear motor from YASKAWA combines high peak forces with very compact dimensions and low energy consumption for optimized energy efficiency. In addition to the well known features of the proven SGLFW-Motors this new generation of linear motors offers solutions for current and future challenges in automation.

 

Sigma-7S FT79 Servopack

Sigma-7S FT79 Servopack provides built-in positioning with an INDEXER that lets you easily achieve motion control simply by entering positions, speeds and other data for the operation pattern.

Features: High Precision, High Speed Positioning without a Motion Controller

The operation pattern is easily set by entering the positions, speeds and other data in a program table. You can use the SigmaWin+ Engineering Tool to easily and efficiently set up and edit operation patterns.

  • Convenient positioning functions are also provided: ZONE signal outputs, jog speed table, origin returns and more.
  • A start command is received from a host controller to start positioning.
