Making a difference
Since 2005, Universal Robots has worked to make a difference in our customers' lives in ways that matter most to them.
Universal Robots — making robot automation accessible to all levels of industry
We’re dedicated to bringing safe, flexible and easy to use 6 axis industrial robotic arms to business of every size, all over the world. We develop industrial collaborative robot arms that automate and streamline repetitive industrial processes. This approach enables production departments to assign their staff members more enjoyable tasks – creating jobs that provide them with new challenges that add value to the company.
Universal Robots has reinvented industrial robotics with lightweight, flexible robot arms called Cobots or collaborative robots. Tasks previously thought impossible to automate due to cost and complexity, are now achievable with the user-friendly robots. The Danish-designed robot arms work separately or as dual arms demonstrated here with the UR5 cobot. In more than 45 countries, from the small machine shop to the large auto assembly line, Universal Robots optimize production, relieve employees from strenuous or monotonous tasks, and ensure quality control.
