Integrated Circuits (IC) : TMC2300-LA

The TMC2300 low voltage stepper motor driver is intended for battery-operated, space and standby-power critical driver applications. Its silent drive technology StealthChop™ enables non-bugging motion control for portable, home and office applications. A highly efficient power stage, boosted by an internal charge pump for best in-class RDSon resistance, provides high motor current from a tiny package even at low supply voltages. With this, dual AA batteries can be drained down to typically 2.0V (voltage must not drop below 1.8V, provide sufficient supply buffer capacitors).

Integrated Circuits (IC) : TMC4671

The TMC4671 is a fully integrated servo controller, providing Field Oriented Control (FOC) for BLDC/PMSM and 2-phase stepper motors as well as DC motors and voice coils. All control functions are implemented in hardware. Integrated ADCs, position sensor interfaces, position interpolators, enable a fully functional servo controller for a wide range of servo applications.

QMot Motors are optimized for the current rating and electrical parameters of Trinamic board-level and IC solutions and deliver the best efficiency and precise performance.

PD42-1240 is a full mechatronic solution, made up of a TMCM-1240 stepper control module and a NEMA 17 (42mm flange size) motor. The PD42-1240 allows to control the module using TMCL™ or CANopen firmware, making use of the Trinamic TMC5160 motion controller and motor driver. Dynamic current control, and quiet, smooth and efficient operation are combined with StealthChop™, DcStep™, StallGuard™ and CoolStep™ features.
