Outstanding low weight combined with a short design
These precision gears are ideal for use in hand axes of small and collaborative robots, as well as for industrial applications where low weight is required.

Integrated output bearing & high precision
The CSF-ULW Series Gears are characterised by lowest weight combined with a short overall length. The ULW Series achieves the same performance data as the HFUC-2UH Series with a weight saving of approx. 50 % and a length reduction of approx. 30 %.

CSG-2A

The pioneer with great variance
The HFUC Series Gear Component Sets are available in fifteen sizes with gear ratios of 30, 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160:1 offering repeatable peak torques from 1.8 to 9180 Nm and a power density of up to 420 Nm/kg.

Compact gears with repeatable torque
If required, the gear component sets are available as specific configurations tailored to your application, including special lubricants for extended temperature ranges or special materials for extreme ambient conditions. Consisting of just three individual components, they are very lightweight and compact. Due to their positioning accuracy stable machine properties with short cycle times are guaranteed.

CSG-2UH

Highest torque capacity and lifelong precision
CSG-2UH Gears with output bearing are available in ten sizes with gear ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160:1 offering repeatable peak torques from 23 to 3419 Nm.

In addition to the proven strain wave gear technology, CSG-2UH Series is also available in Triangle Technology. Setting new standards in torsional stiffness, transmission accuracy and dynamics.

Increased torque range
The output bearing with high tilting rigidity enables the direct introduction of high payloads without further support and thus permits simple and space saving designs. Standard servo motors can be attached in a compact manner. The gears with output bearing cover a wide torque range and feature long service life, confirmed by many years of successful service. Gears with output bearing and motor together form a compact and lightweight system capable of quickly withstanding high loads. Due to the Gears with output bearing positioning accuracy, stable machine characteristics with short cycle times are guaranteed.

CSG-CP-M/H/S

Highest torque capacity and reinforced output bearing
The CSG-CP Series Gears with output bearing consist of a precise CSG-2A Gear Component Set and a tilt resistant output bearing. They combine maximum torque capacity with a reinforced output bearing. They are available in five sizes with ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160 with repeatable repeated peak torques from 44 to 841 Nm.

In addition to the proven strain wave gear technology, CSG-CP-M/H/S Series is also available in Triangle Technology. Setting new standards in torsional stiffness, transmission accuracy and dynamics.

Three clever versions: Motor mounted gear, with hollow shaft or with input shaft
The CSG-CP series is available in three versions: the CSG-CPM Gears with output bearing for direct mounting of any motor, the CSG-CPH Gears with output bearing with hollow shaft for feed-through of supply lines for further drive systems and the CSG-CPS Gears with output bearing with stainless steel input shaft, which allows flexible integration into your design. If required, the gears with output bearing are available in specific designs customised for your application or with particularly high corrosion protection. Thanks to the reinforced tilt resistant output bearing with maximum torsional stiffness and precision, the gears can absorb high loads and are characterised by their long lifetime. The positioning accuracy guarantees stable machine characteristics with short cycle times.

FBS-2UH

Largest hollow shaft with smallest outer diameter
The gears with output bearing of the FBS-2UH Series are characterised by the largest hollow shaft with a small outer diameter at the same time. The large hollow shaft is the ideal solution for robots and machine tools that require a central cable feed through the rotary axis.

Integrated output bearing & high corrosion protection
By avoiding cable loops, the machine design can be simplified. Based on the new gear technology of the gear component set of the FBS Series, an increased torque, a high torsional stiffness as well as an extended service life are achieved.
