FHA-C Mini ( Servo Actuator with Hollow Shaft )

Compact mini servo actuator
FHA-C Mini Servo Actuators with a central hollow shaft comprise a synchronous servo motor, an HFUC Series Component Set, feedback sensor and a specially developed output bearing. Available in three sizes with gear ratios of 30, 50 and 100:1 the actuators can provide maximum torques from 1,8 to 28 Nm. 

Direct attachment of heavy payloads
The output bearing with high tilting capacity often allows direct attachment of heavy payloads without the need for further support, thereby providing simple and space saving design installations. The integrated hollow shaft can be used to feed through supply lines or services for further additional axes. The accurate positioning of the actuator guarantees stable machine characteristics and short cycle times, whilst the compact design ensures minimum installation space is required.

Pre-configured drive system
By combining the FHA-C Mini Actuators with the specially adapted YukonDrive® or the HA-680 Servo Controllers, it is possible to provide a single source supply for a pre-configured drive system tailored to suit your application. Alternatively, the FHA-C Mini Actuators are compatible with many common servo controllers on the market.

Compact mini servo actuator
The servo actuators in the FHA-C Mini series with EnDat® multi-turn absolute encoder consist of a synchronous servo motor, an HFUC-series component set, and a specially developed output bearing. These mini servo drives are available in three sizes, with gear ratios of 30, 50 and 100:1 and provide a maximum torque from 1.8 to 28 Nm.

Output bearing with high tilting capacity
The output bearing has a high tilting capacity, which enables direct attachment of high payloads without requiring additional support, thus enabling a simple and space-saving design installation. Accurate positioning ensures stable machine characteristics and short cycle times, while the compact design minimises installation space requirements.

Multi-turn absolute motor feedback system
The multi-turn absolute motor feedback system detects the absolute position of the output with maximum accuracy over more than 600 revolutions. This increases the productivity of the driven axis, as there is no more need for unproductive referencing. Moreover, the new fully flexible connectors ensure easy and efficient assembly. Combining this with the YukonDrive® servo controller results in a preconfigured, coordinated actuator system that is tailor-made to suit your application and can be easily integrated using modern fieldbus interfaces.

Ultra flat and ultra light
The servo actuator of the FLA Series consists of a brushless DC motor and a precision gear with output bearing. The series offers maximum torque between 1.8 Nm and 34 Nm and is available in four sizes.

Flexibility in gear selection
The new ultra flat and ultra light FLA Series combines a high precision and high performance gear with a compact and high efficient brushless DC motor. The FLA Series is equipped with either our highly dynamic and efficient Harmonic Drive Planetary Gear or with our high precision and high torque Harmonic Drive® strain wave gear.

Many possible combinations
The FLA series is ideal for a variety of applications such as wheel drives for automated guided vehicle or articulated drives in exoskeletons. The highly efficient brushless DC motor is available in two voltage levels 24VDC or 48VDC and therefore ideally suited for battery powered applications.


 

HA-680 ( Servo Controllers )

Controller for mini servo actuators with synchronous motor
The HA-680 Servo Controller is specially designed to meet the needs of the FHA-C Mini and RSF Mini Series Actuators, tuned to offer the best control performance. Designed for a connection voltage of 24 VDC, the HA-680 can be used in the current controller, speed controller or position controller modes.

A variety of control concepts
Different field buses and modes enable a variety of control concepts and thus offer a comprehensive range of solutions for your motion requirements. Separate inputs for power and electronics supply voltages enable the implementation of safety relevant functions.

With the new stainless steel actuator of the HHA series for hygienic areas, germs and bacteria don't stand a chance. The actuator is available in three sizes.

Precision motor made of stainless steel
The new HHA hollow shaft servo actuator combines the latest motor technology with performance-enhanced Harmonic Drive® CSG series gear component set. The Hygienic Design Actuator combines the usual reliability and highest performance of Harmonic Drive® actuators in an exclusively designed stainless steel housing for compliance with hygiene standards. It scores not only with a simple contour to favour cleaning operations, but also with selected surface roughness and a large hollow shaft to pass cables and supply lines. The new Hygiene Design Actuator HHA is manufactured with a European supply chain at the Limburg production site.
