Desk Frame 2

Desk Frame 2 (DF2), is the intuitive full-frame solution by LINAK® for 2-leg desk designs. It is built around the all-in-one beam containing motor, electronics and cable wiring, and comes with lifting columns in a clean design.

The DF2 is very fast and intuitive to assemble as the few parts are carefully designed to be either clicked together or attached with only a few screws. The DF2 has a clean design. The lifting columns have no visible gliding pads and no punch holes in the profiles, and the internal wiring and pre-installed motor in the beam ensure that only the mains and the desk panel cables are visible. The DF2 is of the well-known LINAK quality and performance similar to other 3-part columns.

As standard, the DF2 features the new anti-collision technology, Desk Sensor™ 1, ensuring that collisions with obstacles do not damage the furniture. The DF2 reuses the existing DESKLIFT™ Feet for mounting the lifting columns either on top of or recessed in the foot construction.

The method of packing ensures optimised logistics. All main components are packed individually and the quantity is aligned.

DLS Belt Driven Linear Actuator

Hepco’s DLS Belt Driven Linear Actuator will save you hours in design and specifying time. The system comprises of a belt-driven linear actuator, AC motor/ inverter package and a range of compact planetary gearboxes for use with servomotors. Options include a cantilever axis with lightweight beam, plus couplings and connecting shafts for actuators used in parallel.

DTS+ Track System

The DTS+ is suitable for applications with high loads, a vertical orientation, or where the free space inside the track circuit is required to integrate additional equipment.

The DTS+ system incorporates key features of Hepco’s PRT track system and original DTS, combining them with a high load capacity connection for carriages to the drive belt. The carriages will not disengage from the belt, allowing transmission of higher driving forces compared to the original DTS system. Whilst the original DTS will often be the right choice for many applications, the DTS+ is suitable for applications with high loads, a vertical orientation, or where the free space inside the track circuit is required to integrate additional equipment.

DTS2 High Speed Driven Track System

The DTS2 Driven Track System has been developed for high-speed and dynamic applications.

The DTS2 High Speed Track System has been developed for high-speed applications. The use of a scroll drive allows rapid indexing to be achieved with superior positional accuracy without the risk of carriage disengagement. The track system is available with three sizes of slide section (25mm, 44mm and 76mm).

  • DTS2 linked carriages can accept high driving forces.
  • Consistent speed of carriages all around the track enables smooth continuous motion to be achieved.
  • Higher accelerations can be achieved leading to faster cycle times.
